Nilanjan (Neil) Das, CFA, FRM, is a Managing Director – Financial Advisor at Ciro Capital with more than 25 years of experience spanning global banking, wealth management, and investment research. He has deep expertise in serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, leading global research teams, and delivering market insights and investment strategies across asset classes.

Neil has held senior leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, and Decimal Point Analytics, where he led platform development wealth and investment research platform, and managed large teams supporting client assets. Throughout his career, he partnered closely with private banks, wealth managers, and alternative asset clients to drive portfolio strategy, investment solutions and client growth.

A CFA Charter holder and FRM- certified professional, Neil is known for combining rigorous analytical discipline with a practical, client-centric approach to investment decision-making. Outside of work, Neil is an active volunteer of the CFA Society New York community and is involved in community-building initiatives, mentoring college students, fostering professional networking activities for small business lenders and entrepreneurs.
